I have worked for many years as a complementary health lecturer at college working with students on many subjects and in-depth anatomy and physiology. I decided to refine my skills into the subjects you see today as I find they are so supportive to the body’s healing mechanisms, especially in such a challenging and stressful world.

I have been extremely well trained in all my qualifications, and continue to do continual professional development in many fields of activity ; including The Bowen Technique, Nutrition, Environ facials, Artwork and Meditation. I attend conferences to widen my field of expertise so that I can bring the best quality to my clients.
